We would like to ask you to download the following file as possible solution for some common connection problems. Please unzip the LauncherConnect.zip folder afterwards, copy the LauncherConnect.ini file to your Netts/Florensia/bin folder and replace the existing file there.


This file could help you in case...

• your patcher does not patch the game properly
• your client doesn't start
• you get error messages while downloading a patch

Please note that certain errors in the game could still occur even if you installed the file correctly. In that case, please continue to notify us via our support system or in the forum section for technical issues. Thank you for your understanding.
