Due to technical issues, it is only possible to buy up to 10 Mythril Powder and up to 10 Slate Piece of Ancient at the same time. You can buy 10 for one character, complete the purchase, collect the items ingame and buy 10 more for the same character, but when you buy more than 10 at the same time, you will only receive 10 in the game.

In case you bought more than 10 at the same time and only received 10 in the game, please create a ticket in the support system - we will take a look at it and hand out the missing items.
